Digital Products
ChinaUnlocked sells digital travel guides, phrase cards, and survival kits in PDF format. All products are delivered electronically via download link sent to your email after purchase. No physical products are shipped.
License Scope
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your own travel planning. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or reproduce the content in any form. Commercial use is strictly prohibited without written permission.
3. Payment and Pricing
- •All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Local currency conversion is shown at checkout for reference only.
- •All payments are securely processed through PayPal. We accept PayPal, major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and WeChat Pay.
- •We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.

4. Refund Policy

- •To request a refund, email support@chinaunlocked.com with your order number and email address used for purchase.
- •Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.
- •Bundle purchases: If you request a refund for a bundle, the entire bundle must be refunded. Partial refunds for individual guides within a bundle are not available.

All content on ChinaUnlocked, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, and software, is the property of ChinaUnlocked and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
